Roles & Responsibilities Will work with asset management clients on financial reporting engagements, business process reviews and remediation projects, and short-term interim staffing assignments. The role involves working within a team environment to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet client deadlines. Responsibilities may include:
• Lead day-to-day delivery of financial reporting engagements and allocate work across preparers and reviewers.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, supporting schedules and audit support packs for completeness and consistency.
• Manage project plans, reporting deadlines, open-item trackers and communication with clients, administrators and auditors.
• Coach team members on fund reporting requirements, review standards and practical escalation.
• Embed approved AI use cases into recurring workflows, including prior-year roll-forward, disclosure review, tie-outs and audit-query summaries.
• Review AI-assisted work, document exceptions and ensure appropriate human review before release.
• Will build a strong relationships with client representatives.
• May also be involved in fund accounting engagements and other regulatory reporting activities. Qualification & Skills
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment fund financial reporting, with demonstrated experience leading teams, coordinating projects, and managing client deliverables for at least 1-2 years.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in reviewing investment fund financial statements and applying relevant accounting frameworks, including US GAAP, IFRS, and Lux GAAP.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage competing deadlines and provide clear review feedback.
• Working knowledge of AI risks, output verification, data privacy and responsible-use requirements.
