As an IT QA Analyst at Share Treats Innovation Corporation, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our software solutions. You will work closely with our development team to identify issues, perform thorough testing, and ensure the delivery of reliable and efficient software products to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
• Document and report software defects and issues to the development team.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes have not adversely affected existing functionality.
• Verify and validate fixes for reported issues.
• Ensure software complies with quality standards and follows best practices.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
