Regional HRIS Specialist, Data Migration

We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist, Data Migration & Quality to join our regional HR digital transformation. You will work with teams across APAC to improve data quality, support migration activities and help bring our new HR system to life. Key Accountabilities
• Drive data cleansing, validation and reconciliation across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Prepare and manage data migration files, templates, transformation rules and validation trackers.
• Identify data quality gaps, investigate discrepancies and work with country HR teams to resolve issues.
• Support data mapping, standardisation and migration activities in line with regional requirements.
• Coordinate migration dry runs, data testing and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and readiness.
• Monitor migration progress, track outstanding issues and escalate potential risks.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility on data quality, migration progress and readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation, validation records and audit trails.
• Support data readiness throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities. Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Hands-on experience in HRIS data migration, data cleansing or data management, preferably within a regional system implementation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and handling large datasets.
• Good understanding of employee master data, organisational structures and HR lifecycle processes.
• Experience in data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and migration testing.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve issues.
• Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
• Good understanding of data privacy, governance and secure data handling.
