Role Overview: We are seeking a gifted Python Developer, a true code slinger with mighty Django and Azure experience, to join our dynamic team of tech heroes. Key Responsibilities
Forge powerful alliances with developers, product managers and business analysts to define mission critical testing strategy. Architect and maintain comprehensive test blueprints and mission scenarios that anticipate every challenge. Execute meticulous manual and automated tests to hunt down, record and neutralise software defects before they reach our users. Champion the entire defect lifecycle, ensuring every bug is tracked from discovery to its ultimate vanquishing. Conduct thorough regression testing to shield existing superpowers from unintended side effects, and support User Acceptance Testing with our key allies. Test the quality and consistency of AI generated output, not just the code that produces it. Deliver clear, concise mission reports on test progress, results and overall battlefield readiness. Act as a champion for quality, constantly reinforcing our defences and levelling up how the whole team builds.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience forging your path in a software quality assurance or testing role. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent real world experience that is just as epic. Demonstrated experience testing web applications in a release cycle with defined entry and exit criteria. ISTQB certification or equivalent is well regarded. Preferred Qualifications Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress. Exposure to API testing and tools such as Postman. Experience testing AI or machine learning driven products, where the right answer is a range rather than a value. Background in financial services software.
