• Onsite (Cebu) Educational Attainment:
• At least 2 years in college (No back subjects). Qualification:
• Minimum 2 years of overall BPO experience and at least 1 year of experience as an SME, QA, or Trainer.
Responsibilities:
• Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit.
• Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations.
• Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
