You’ll be responsible for:
• Assists in developing integrated project programmes that reflect site, logistics and operational constraints.
• Supports progress monitoring by reviewing productivity, measuring performance and contributing to project reporting.
• Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to build strong working relationships and successful outcomes.
• Embeds sustainable design, procurement and delivery principles within programme development.
• Promotes health, safety and wellbeing through effective programme integration and planning.
• Supports work planning, delivery milestones and net zero carbon objectives, proactively managing carbon reduction opportunities. You’ll need to have:
• Understanding of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring within the built environment.
• Familiarity with procurement routes, contract administration and forms of contract.
• Effective communication, stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.
• Working towards a professional qualification (APM, CIOB, PMI) or equivalent relevant accreditation. Our values Safety first
