Location:
Work in BGC, Taguig (Day Shift) Ideal Candidate Profile What You'll Bring (Experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related IT field, preferred
• Preferably 2 years of experience in license auditing, IT administration, server monitoring, or similar support functions is an advantage
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly when working with reports and data
• Comfortable working with internal databases, vendor portals, and remote access tools
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to review and validate data accurately
• Good understanding of documentation, reporting, and process-driven tasks
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply About You (Soft Skills)
• Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and discrepancies
• Good comprehension skills with the ability to understand and follow established processes
• Logical and analytical thinker who is comfortable working with numbers and data
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Proactive in escalating critical issues and ensuring appropriate follow-through Your Impact Starts Here License Auditing
• Audit license counts, expiration dates, storage allocations, and user activity using internal databases
• Analyze product and service data to determine whether customers are being billed correctly
• Produce reports covering active users, license utilization, and available storage
• Maintain and update documentation relating to current setups, users, and customers
• Identify discrepancies and ensure license and customer information remains accurate and up to date Server Assurance
• Perform customer backups according to established schedules and requirements
• Create and manage tickets for low disk space alerts
• Coordinate and schedule outage maintenance as required
• Communicate and escalate critical backup issues to senior team members
• Maintain and update process documentation when procedures or requirements change
• Prepare and send backup reports to customers as required
• Ensure scheduled server assurance activities are completed accurately and on time Applications & Tools Used
