Role Overview
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for an Australian client specialising in mining, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and maintenance. This opportunity is ideal for a confident, proactive recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable conducting high-volume candidate outreach and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, initial interviews, suitability assessments, client endorsements, and interview coordination.
- Recruit for technical roles across mining, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and maintenance, including Project Engineers, Maintenance Planners, and Maintenance Supervisors.
- Conduct high-volume sourcing and cold calling, targeting approximately 70–80 calls per day.
- Perform targeted talent searches using Boolean techniques, recruitment databases, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Manage bulk email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, candidate engagement, and follow-ups.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within engineering, maintenance, mining, or construction.
- Excellent communication skills, strong phone confidence, and an engaging personality, with proven experience in high-volume sourcing and cold calling.
- Australian recruitment experience is preferred; Other international recruitment exposure will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean searches, CRM/ATS systems, and candidate database management.
- JobAdder experience is highly desirable; LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search exposure is advantageous.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
