Our client is a reputable luxury hospitality group with hotels and resorts located at some of the most beautiful destinations in the world.
The incumbent has overall responsibility for the administration and operations of the Chinese Restaurant. He/She will maximize profits, maintain food, beverage and service quality as well as to ensure customer satisfaction and food safety are in compliance with the hotel's, HAACP and Food Safety Management policies.

- Willing to relocate in South-East Asia region.
- Has a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or equivalent
- Has previous experience in a reputable chinese restaurant with at least 3 - 5 years in the similar capacity
- Has oral and written proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Possess strong leadership skills and ability to effectively lead/manage a team.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Has strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in working during weekends, holidays and on-call shifts as needed.
