We are seeking a highly
skilled and detail-oriented GL Accountant to join our dynamic team. This
pivotal role requires a professional with a solid background in general ledger
accounting and a thorough understanding of financial principles as they apply to
the unique challenges across various sectors. The GL Accountant will be
responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial statements, ensuring
compliance with accounting regulations and policies, and providing timely
reporting to management.
The ideal candidate will
have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the
ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The GL Accountant
will play a crucial role in the preparation of monthly financial closing processes,
variance analyses, and support audits, thereby contributing to the overall

Responsibilities
- Oversee and provides
guidance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Review and approve
journal entries, reconciliations, and other financial transactions to ensure
compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in month-end and
year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are recorded accurately.
- Provide reports for
corporate review and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in in treasury,
accounting, or finance roles.
- Proficiency in
accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills
with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicable
accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
