📋 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company’s Management Information System (MIS), and ensure accuracy of transactions related but not limited to:
- Customer database
- Sales records
- Inventory movements
- Ensure compliance with sales process SOPs and support implementation across teams
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to fulfill account requirements
- Assist the Projects team in daily operational requirements, such as but not limited to:
- Composition of business letters and executive summaries
- Computation of costing studies
- Planning and plotting of schedules to meet deliverables
- Manage the daily run-through of tasks, track account progress, and help ensure deadlines are met
- Review and organize contracts for different projects
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course from a reputable university
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on weekends, as needed
- Data-driven: We love numbers and data that will help us arrive at impactful decisions.
- Friendly, personable, and professional in both demeanor and communication
- A fast learner who enjoys tackling new challenges
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or within a team
