Qualifications:
- Must be NC II Electrical Installation and Maintenance Passer
- Proven 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures and regulations.
- Basic carpentry, painting, and repair skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Know how to use hand tools and equipment properly.
- Can start immediately
