We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to oversee a large-scale Finance Shared Services operation supporting global business functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading organizational transformation, enhancing service delivery, and developing high-performing leadership teams within a complex, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end finance operations within a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and service delivery expectations.
- Develop and mentor senior leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Support the execution of strategic priorities across multiple finance functions.
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience within Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or similar multinational operations.
- Proven success managing large-scale finance organizations and complex service delivery models.
- Strong track record in finance transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Experience engaging with senior global stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
