Key Responsibilities
Service Engine assistance – setting up files, processing PRFs and supplier invoices, assisting with administrative updates of SE for the Immigration Specialists, uploading documents etc. Financial process management – responsible for managing certain payments as part of the immigration process and regular reconciliation of the credit card to ensure that all transactions can be allocated to a file for processing. Other responsibilities as necessary to support the Immigration Specialist, client specific tasks and customer demands including assisting to draft immigration paperwork on behalf of the Immigration Specialists and reporting etc. Monitoring general inbox and allocating work to Immigration Specialists/shared folder and documents saving or uploading etc. What do you bring to the role? Understanding of visa and work permit processes. Reliability and be a quick learner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dealing with web-based CRM software. Organizational skills in dealing with foreign cultures. Commercial and customer-oriented approach. Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Structured approach Fluent in English language learning and commitment Strong preference for secondary language skills College/ university graduate.
