By focusing on these key shifts, we aim to be a progressive Supply Chain organization that leads the competition and can be a driving force for Shell.What You'll Be DoingSourcing and Resourcing MaterialsCovering ADHOC, Stock, and Non-Stock items, including but not limited to:Communicating obsolete Material Master Records (MMRs) to the materials team, requesting new MMR creation with the data team, and cancelling obsolete MMRsRequesting updates to MMRs (e.g., new part numbers or other data), coordinated with the materials and CP data teams to ensure procurement accuracyPrioritizing and tracking MMRs with long lead times to ensure timely deliveryCollaborating with the CP Lead to add new materials to existing OAs and support PO automationInforming CP Leads when MMRs are incorrectly linked to outline agreementsEnd-to-End Purchase Order ManagementManaging PO creation, cancellation, amendments, goods receipt (especially for invoices with issues), and UWL - SAP NetWeaver PortalSupporting Accounts Payable, CP data team, planners, engineers, and the materials teamEscalating vendor-related issues to the CP Lead managing the contractExpediting MaterialsContacting suppliers via email and phone for real-time delivery updatesEnsuring urgent items are delivered on time to the Asset teamMaking sure the accurate information is presented in ERPWeekly Expediting Report Meetings with the materials teamProviding update on delivery, PR, PO, etc.Identifying and addressing issuesTracking open PRsEnsuring urgent items are addressed the same dayResolving any remaining concernsWhat You BringBachelor's degree ideally in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred)With significant experience in sourcing, resourcing, and expediting materials within a supply chain, procurement, or engineering environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP is an advantageTechnical engineering background and experience is preferredStrong understanding of material specifications, procurement processes, and vendor managementStrong data knowledge, curiosity, and capacity to understand data/data processes within the SC and business contextsA self-starter, with the ability to identify innovation/improvement opportunities and to implement projectsStrong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to interact with and influence others to deliver business resultsAbility to prioritize and ensure delivery of priorities, work without close supervision, and work through others to deliver resultsAbility to deal effectively with complexity and detail, and to collaborate and work well in a teamAbility to manage diverse cultural/ethnic sensitivitiesResults-driven and achievement orientated, moving with agility and speed in a fast-paced macro business environmentAbility to demonstrate curiosity/learner mindset, business-backwards mindset, customer/user centricity consistently is an advantageExperience across Data and familiarity with SC (materials management, warehousing, inventory, etc.) is not required but a plus-Shell Business Operations (SBO) Manila forms the operational backbone of business processes that help deliver Shell's business solutions across the globe.
