The team also plays a crucial role in maintaining and delivering key systems support, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all SC platforms.What you'll be doingLeadership and Oversight: Provide strategic direction, ensure alignment with business objectives, and oversee record management and compliance activitiesDriving Automation and Innovation: Identify manual processes suitable for automation, implement innovative solutions (e.g., generative AI, digital tools), and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort .Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CP Leads, Contract Owners, and other stakeholders to align data processes with business needs and resolve challengesContinuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements, improve data reliability, and support capability building within the CP Data community .What you bringBachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)At least 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering or related functions.Strong background in asset/plant/production maintenance and materials management.Proven experience in global category management, strategic supplier management, and supplier segmentation.Familiarity with CP/SC processes (e.g., materials management, warehouse, inventory) and ERP systems like SAP.Proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.Proven ability to lead virtual teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment .Capacity to understand business requirements, perform risk assessments, and drive data-driven decision-making.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinkingStriving for continuous improvement, with a personal commitment to deliver high quality output.What we offerAn innovative place to work There's never been a more exciting time to work at Shell.
