Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and attend to the administrative concerns of the management, such as food orders and meeting room reservations.
  • Encoding data and important data in databases and MS Office applications.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of the office directory and employee information.
  • Process documents for employee purchase.
  • Secure important company forms (e.g. Leave Forms, Overtime Forms etc.).
  • Weekly extraction of timekeeping data from biometrics.
  • Oversee the office and housekeeping supplies, including monitoring of office equipment that requires maintenance support.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and security of physical and electrical documents such as 201 files, Benefit Records, etc.
  • Maintain guest/visitor logs and issuance of parking vouchers.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
  • Answer queries through phone calls and emails.
  • Train and guide incoming Front Desk student trainees.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, BSBA Major in HR or HRM.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or front desk.
  • Pleasing Personality.

Skills:

  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
