Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and attend to the administrative concerns of the management, such as food orders and meeting room reservations.
- Encoding data and important data in databases and MS Office applications.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of the office directory and employee information.
- Process documents for employee purchase.
- Secure important company forms (e.g. Leave Forms, Overtime Forms etc.).
- Weekly extraction of timekeeping data from biometrics.
- Oversee the office and housekeeping supplies, including monitoring of office equipment that requires maintenance support.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and security of physical and electrical documents such as 201 files, Benefit Records, etc.
- Maintain guest/visitor logs and issuance of parking vouchers.
- Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
- Answer queries through phone calls and emails.
- Train and guide incoming Front Desk student trainees.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, BSBA Major in HR or HRM.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or front desk.
- Pleasing Personality.
Skills:
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
