The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties include preparing bills of quantities, analyzing project specifications, managing contracts, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-off, bill of materials, and bills of quantities.
Monitor project expenditures and maintain budgetary control.
Conduct cost analysis for project variations and updates.
Manage subcontractor contracts.
Prepare reports on project financial performance
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
· Registered Civil Engineer
· Preferably with experience in construction project estimation and cost control
· Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Primavera) is an advantage
SKILLS
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
· Good problem solving and time management skills
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
