Qualifications

Candidate must be graduate of BS Medical Laboratory Science/BS Medical Technology or BS Nursing
Fresh grads and Under board applicants are welcome to apply
Must be confident in his/ her phlebotomy skills
Swabbing Skill is an advantage
At least (1) year experience in the related field is preferred but not required
Willing to experience career growth, be trained and learn new management skills

Job Description

Ensure excellent customer experience from the collection of specimen to processing and release of result
Obtains blood specimens by performing venipuncture and finger stick
Ensures adherence to protocols at all times.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Can be assigned to home service, specimen center and onsite lab activities
Can be trained to do administrative skills (Inventory, Customer Assistance, etc.)
Adhere to Specimen Collection Protocol ( Blood collection (Venipuncture etc.), Specimen Collection (urine, stool etc.) , Swab collection.
Ensure Specimen is verified with patient identity and adheres to the College of American Pathologists guidelines in preparation/ pre-analytics.
