Qualifications
- Candidate must be graduate of BS Medical Laboratory Science/BS Medical Technology or BS Nursing
- Fresh grads and Under board applicants are welcome to apply
- Must be confident in his/ her phlebotomy skills
- Swabbing Skill is an advantage
- At least (1) year experience in the related field is preferred but not required
- Willing to experience career growth, be trained and learn new management skills
- Full time position/s available - Baguio
Job Description
- Ensure excellent customer experience from the collection of specimen to processing and release of result
- Obtains blood specimens by performing venipuncture and finger stick
- Ensures adherence to protocols at all times.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Can be assigned to home service, specimen center and onsite lab activities
- Can be trained to do administrative skills (Inventory, Customer Assistance, etc.)
- Adhere to Specimen Collection Protocol ( Blood collection (Venipuncture etc.), Specimen Collection (urine, stool etc.) , Swab collection.
- Ensure Specimen is verified with patient identity and adheres to the College of American Pathologists guidelines in preparation/ pre-analytics.
