Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouseman to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will support the logistics department in maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment and ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with order specifications.
• Store goods in designated locations within the warehouse and ensure products are properly organized.
• Perform regular stock checks, inventory counts, and updates to ensure accurate records.
• Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels and provide feedback to management about product availability and stock movements.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer or internal requirements.
• Prepare goods for shipping, ensuring all products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Coordinate the dispatch of orders with the logistics or transportation team.
• Equipment Operation:
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse machinery and report any issues promptly.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials, if applicable, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Warehouse Organization:
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, ensuring that aisles and shelves are accessible and free of obstructions.
• Organize and label warehouse inventory clearly and logically to facilitate quick retrieval.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts.
• Assist with preparation of reports on inventory levels, order status, and stock issues.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other warehouse staff, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Further qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field would be a plus.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is desirable.
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS) and warehouse machinery is a plus.
• Skills:
• Basic computer skills for entering data and using inventory management software.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [X] lbs/kg) and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions (if applicable).

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends as required by operational needs.
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
