Your Role:

  • Able to work autonomously and take over responsibility to customize, develop and implement intranet pages, views, forms, lists, libraries, visuals/graphic materials, web parts, and other custom components to existing systems and integration of other applications with SharePoint.
  • Able to design solutions based on existing branding and design guidelines and best practices around Content Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management
  • Responsible for estimating work effort and achieving planned timelines by having a solution oriented and pro-active and hands-on working style, having an analytical skill can be helpful.
  • Participate in project discussions; provide recommendations; implement solutions; and support to end users, attend internal customer meetings as required.
  • Adept with MS Office products as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
  • Business-fluent English skills

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint Development.
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and a strong business sense
  • Proficiency in SharePoint development, including creating custom solutions, workflows, and forms.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions.
  • Ability to design and implement SharePoint solutions that meet specific business requirements.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Experience with SharePoint integration with other systems and data sources.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Knowledge in Power Platform such as PowerApps, Automate, BI is an advantage
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
