Job Summary: As a Cashier , you will be the friendly face of our retail team, providing excellent customer service while managing transactions and assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience and helping customers find the right products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Transaction Management: Operate the cash register, process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest computer products, accessories, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Qualification:

  • Educational Level: Atleast Senior High School Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or any related course
  • At least one (1) year experience in the same position.

Specific Skills and Qualities:

  • Basic Math, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus
  • Knows how to operate a computer for recordkeeping and reporting
  • Previous work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role is an advantage
