Key Responsibilities

1. Books of Accounts Management

  • Maintain and update Purchase Book and Disbursement Voucher (DV) Register.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation and manage cash fund journal entries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of accruals and reversals in the financial records.

2. Journal Entries and General Ledger Maintenance

  • Prepare and post cash fund transactions and journal entries into the accounting system.
  • Record and reconcile government contributions, bank charges, fund transfers, importation transactions, time deposits, and interest income.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of general ledger transactions.

3. Financial Auditing and Compliance

  • Process payments and expense reports in line with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain audit schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and manage bank transactions, white DVs (disbursement vouchers), and financial schedules.

4. Accounting System Utilization (NetSuite)

  • Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of general ledger and journal entries using NetSuite or other accounting software.
  • Assist in maintaining financial data integrity and system updates.

5. Filing, Uploading, and Documentation

  • Manage purchase order documentation and disbursement vouchers.
  • Ensure compliance with LTO (License to Operate) registration and bookbinding requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records for easy retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but non-CPA candidates with strong experience are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures.
  • Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with auditors, finance teams, and management.
