As a Cost Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost accounting functions within our organization. This fulltime position is based in Santa Rosa City Laguna. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in driving financial efficiency and providing valuable insights to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Analyse cost data, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
  • Lead and mentor a team of cost accounting professionals
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance and accounting function

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or food production industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Proficient in cost accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of accounting professionals
  • Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulations

Pay: Php47, Php70,000.00 per month
