• Document Management:

• Collect, deliver, and ensure the proper handling of all internal and external correspondence, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other important documents.

• Logistics Support:

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth transportation and delivery of documents.

• Internal and External Communication:

• Act as a liaison between different departments (sales, operations, logistics, procurement) to ensure timely communication and resolve any operational issues.

• Transportation and Delivery Coordination:

• Assist in arranging transportation and ensuring proper paperwork is prepared (e.g., delivery orders, shipment confirmations).

• Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative assistance to the operations team as required.

• Manage schedules for transport and deliveries, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Safety and Compliance:

• Support the operations team in complying with regulatory standards and procedures.
