Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Team Leader
who will assist in guiding and managing our team. Your goal will be leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to help it achieve its goals. Include daily supervision, management, and motivation of team members. We expect you to be a capable leader with excellent communication skills.
Job Description
- You should be proactive in order to ensure effective collaboration and optimize team operations. Set clear team goals and motivate team members.
- Help to setup an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Interact with team members to receive their feedback and help resolve any problems.
- Supervise team performance and prepare reports on its metrics.
- Encourage high performance, creativity, and risk-taking.
- Develop and maintain team-building activities.
Qualification
- At least one (1) year of experience as an Operations Supervisor in the BPO industry.
- Knowledgeable in day-to-day operations of the BPO Industry.
- Experience in managing a team performance, monitoring calls, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of agent's performance and organize training sessions for underperformers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
- Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
