We are looking for high-performing Retail Sales Associates for Blue Elephant eyewear who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and consistently meeting sales goals. You will be the face of our brand in-store, expected to drive revenue by actively selling, upselling, and creating a positive customer experience that leads to conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Drive add-on sales, upsell items, and increase average transaction value
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product features and benefits
  • Ensure store merchandising and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Accurately process transactions and manage POS systems
  • Participate in regular product and sales training
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals or willingness to be trained in sales techniques
  • Outgoing, confident, and motivated by performance-based incentives.
  • Interest and/or experience in Fashion category sales is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
