• Prior to the opening of classes, secure the official enrollment list from the Campus SHS Administrator;
• Reports to the Campus SHS Administrator any change in the enrollment list.
• Supervises his/her class and performs the following responsibilities:
• Starts and ends the class with a prayer;
• Check the attendance of the students and regularly updates the google drive shared folder;
• Check that the pupil/students come in a complete uniform and with a proper haircut,
• Sees to it that there is order and cleanliness in the classroom: chairs and schools bags properly in place, board clean after use, etc.
• Orients pupils/students on school policies, rules and regulations, academic programs and school organizations and their activities and helps the school in their implementation
• Informs the class adviser of the student's tardiness and absences;
• Assists the Student Accounting Office on informing parents of the financial obligations of their children;
• Distributes the report cards to and meets with their parents;
• Distributes and collects the return slips of all circular and letters given to parents;
• Supervises the students on the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom;
• Accompanies and supervises his/her class during masses, assemblies and programs, field trips retreats and other activities;
• Submits to the Principal/Campus SHS Administrator the following at the end of the semester:

Pay: Php Php180.00 per hour
