About the Role

We're looking for a creative, curious, design-obsessed Graphic & Digital Designer to join our  team in Cavite.

You'll be the visual heartbeat of Hytel — shaping how the world sees our brand across campaigns, socials, web, product, events, motion, print, and everything in between.

If you love clean design, bold ideas, strong typography, and translating strategy into visuals that actually make people feel something — this one's for you.

This is an onsite, full-time role based in our Lusaka office.

What You'll Do
  • Bring the Hytel brand to life across multiple formats
  • Create scroll-stopping content for social, ads, campaigns & launches
  • Design marketing collateral, presentations, landing pages & more
  • Help evolve and protect our visual identity across every touchpoint
  • Collaborate with marketing, product & leadership on creative concepts
  • Turn briefs into smart, sharp, meaningful design
  • Juggle multiple projects without dropping the quality
  • Build and maintain design systems, templates & brand assets

What You'll Bring

5+ years in graphic / digital / brand design

A portfolio that shows taste, originality, and craft

Strong skills in typography, layout & visual storytelling

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite ( + Figma and Canva) Ability to work fast, iterate, and take feedback like a pro

Strong attention to detail — you notice the small things

Bonus points if you have:

– Motion design / video editing

– Illustration

– Art direction / photography
