Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute route selling and market coverage plans to ensure full product saturation in all assigned outlets (sari-sari stores, groceries, and market accounts).
• Sell, deliver, and merchandise products in accordance with company sales standards and distribution policies.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery, proper inventory loading, and efficient route scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and product movement in assigned areas to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and reports, including daily route reports, delivery receipts, and customer records.
• Implement merchandising standards by ensuring products are properly displayed, priced, and promoted in-store.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, complaints, and sales opportunities promptly.
• Participate in sales promotions, market activities, and trade executions to support brand visibility and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to sales, distribution, and credit collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or field sales, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Strong knowledge of route planning and market coverage techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel or distribution tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
