  • Accurately handle all cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
  • Prepare and reconcile cash reports at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded properly in the system.
  • Assist guests with billing questions and provide clear explanations of charges.
  • Maintain the cash float and ensure it is balanced at the beginning and end of the shift.
  • Deposit cash and reconcile discrepancies with the accounts department when needed.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for any billing or payment issues.
  • Comply with hotel financial policies and procedures, including fraud prevention.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
  • Provide excellent guest service and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
  • Support other front office operations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
