Site Nurse

Job Summary:

The Site Nurse is responsible for providing on-site medical care, promoting health and safety practices, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards in a construction site setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment to injured workers and coordinate emergency response.
• Monitor and maintain health records of all site employees.
• Conduct daily health monitoring (e.g., temperature checks, wellness checks).
• Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
• Maintain and manage the site clinic, including inventory of medical supplies.
• Support compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and DOH (Department of Health) regulations.
• Conduct health and wellness orientation and training.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations from a health perspective.
• Provide COVID-19 protocols compliance monitoring (if applicable).
• Coordinate with nearby medical facilities for referrals or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the Philippines.
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training for nurses is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in industrial or construction site nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to be assigned on-site, possibly in remote areas.
