What The Day Will Look Like

  • Spearhead strategic wellbeing programs and health cost mitigation efforts.
  • Guide clients manage onsite clinic operations and ensure compliance with OSH standards
  • Collaborate with HMO and life insurance providers to optimize employee benefits.
  • Analyze health data using digital platforms and liaise with actuarial team to deliver insightful cost mitigation & health promotive insights
  • Drive cross-functional engagement to deliver measurable health outcomes.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Licensed MD with experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, or public health.
  • Strong project management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in data analytics and health metrics interpretation.
  • Knowledgeable in OSH, clinic operations, and insurance processes.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with health actuarial analytics.
