Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis
a. Collaborate with operations managers to define key performance metrics for roles in operations.
b. Use HR analytics tools to track and report on individual and team performance trends.
c. Support the performance appraisal process, offering guidance on KPIs, goal setting, and development planning.
d.Analysis for all disciplinary cases rising to all regions that needs attention for improvement.
e.Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions (training, coaching, performance improvement plans)
2.Manpower Development
a. Assess training needs across Operations departments through surveys, performance data, and business objectives.
b. Design, implement, and manage technical and behavioral training programs tailored to operations staff.
b. Coordinate with Learning & Development (L&D) , and Network Training Department to deliver high-impact training sessions.
c. Monitor training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
- Key Hiring for Operations
a) Partner with the Operations Team to evaluate manpower needs and ensure adequate staffing to meet operational demand.
b) Analyze hiring metrics to optimize time-to-fill, improve quality of hire, and enhance retention rates.
c)Prepare and monitor Management Training plan of the Newly hired and promoted Key Operation Personnels.
