About the role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care professional to join our dynamic healthcare team at Kaiser Medical Center in Robinsons Ermita, Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and support.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients with empathy and professionalism
  2. Assisting patients with registration, scheduling, and any administrative tasks
  3. Ensuring patient comfort and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
