About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Company as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package of up to 30,000 per month.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Providing clear and helpful information to customers to resolve their issues
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communicating them to the management team
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathise with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and tools
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- No prior customer service experience required - we welcome applications from newbies
