Job Summary:
The Clinical Operations Manager oversees Utilization Management (UM) operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. This role involves coordinating across teams to drive operational excellence, maintain quality, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall program performance, including revenue, profitability, billing, and client retention.
- Lead and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs); maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Training, Quality, Workforce Management) to resolve issues and improve operations.
- Foster a positive, engaging work environment; handle employee relations effectively.
- Monitor industry trends, vendor relationships, and operational best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular business and performance reviews with internal leaders and clients.
