QUALIFICATION:
- High School or Vocational Graduate related to automation or tooling
- At least with almost 1-year experience from tooling company
- Able to read technical or engineering drawings
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Reviewing blueprints and work orders to understand the desired shape and size of a finished product.
- Visually inspect and compare raw materials and manufactured components to a template of what the pieces should look like when finished.
- Objects are periodically measured with micrometers and gauges. Deburring tools are used to sandblast, clean and polish the work piece until any flaws are corrected
- Monitor dials and carefully regulate controls to adjust speed
