REGISTRAR for SECONDARY SCHOOL

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join St. John's Academy as the Registrar for the secondary school. As the Registrar, you will play a crucial role in managing the academic records and enrolment processes for our vibrant secondary school community. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the registration and enrolment of new and returning secondary school students
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student academic records and transcripts
• Processing student withdrawals, transfers, and graduation requests
• Providing support and guidance to students and parents regarding academic policies and procedures
• Generating reports and statistics related to student enrolment and performance
• Collaborating with the academic leadership team to ensure efficient and effective management of student records
• Upholding the school's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to student data and confidentiality

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registrar in secondary school or student services role within the education sector
• Graduate of a 4-year course for a registrar in a secondary school
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Proficient in using student information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulations in the education industry
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the academic success of students
• Professional certification in records management or student information systems preferred
• Must be authorised to work in the Philippines with valid employment documentation
