IELTS Instructor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IELTS Mentor with at least 2 years of teaching or mentoring experience to guide students in achieving their desired IELTS band scores. The mentor will conduct review sessions, assess students' language proficiency, provide personalized feedback, and ensure effective preparation aligned with IELTS test standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS review classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Assess students' English proficiency and create customized learning plans.
• Prepare lesson materials, mock tests, and practice exercises based on current IELTS formats.
• Provide detailed feedback on students' performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate performance records.
• Conduct one-on-one speaking mock interviews and writing assessments.
• Stay updated on the latest IELTS trends, test patterns, and scoring criteria.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and test readiness.
• Collaborate with other mentors and the academic team for curriculum improvement.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the review center's standards of teaching excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching or mentoring IELTS students.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure, band descriptors, and scoring.
• Proven record of helping students achieve their target band scores.
• Patient, approachable, and committed to student success.
• Preferably with a valid IELTS certificate (with a band score of 7.5 or above).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
