  1. Sales & Customer Service

  2. Assist walk-in customers in selecting suitable paint products based on their needs.

  3. Learn and recommend paint types and color combinations.
  4. Upsell complementary products (brushes, rollers, coatings, tools).
  5. Provide technical support or escalate to experts when needed.

  6. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

  7. Store Operations

  8. Learn daily store operations including:

  9. Opening/closing procedures.
  10. Cash handling & POS systems.
  11. Inventory checks and reordering processes.
  12. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

  13. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.

  14. Inventory & Logistics

  15. Understand product inventory management.

  16. Assist in stock audits and proper storage of paints (considering shelf-life, temperature conditions, safety).

  17. Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely product deliveries.

  18. Team Coordination & Training

  19. Support the Store Manager in supervising store staff (salespersons, delivery staff, etc.).

  20. Learn basic team scheduling and task delegation.

  21. Participate in staff training sessions and eventually help conduct them.

  22. Reporting & Analysis

  23. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

  24. Track performance against KPIs (sales targets, customer satisfaction, shrinkage, etc.).

  25. Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback or observed bottlenecks.

  26. Safety & Compliance

  27. Learn and follow safety protocols related to the storage and handling of paint products (flammables, chemicals).

  28. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including signage and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
