Best Tools is hiring Sales Associates for our Minglanilla, Cebu branch

Job Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the right products, deliver excellent service, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. This role focuses on building customer relationships, promoting products, and supporting overall store operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and upselling.
• Stay updated on product features, specifications, and current promotions.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide support before, during, and after sales transactions.
• Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate or College Level.
• With at least 6 months of sales or retail experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to undergo training in Manila.
• Available to start immediately.
