Job Description:- Process and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer.
- Verify repair orders, parts, and labor for warranty eligibility.
- Monitor claim status and follow up on pending or rejected claims.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for claim requirements.
- Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents, validating claims, and organizing records.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret policies and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently.
