Sheeter Operator

The Sheeter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the sheeter machine to convert paper rolls into sheets according to required specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up the sheeter machine based on job order requirements (paper type, size, thickness, and quantity).
• Load paper rolls and align materials properly before operation.
• Operate the sheeter machine safely and efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Qualifications

• Education: At least High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical Course graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience:
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience as a Sheeter Operator or in paper converting/packaging manufacturing.
