Decorative Painter

This position requires a painter who uses special techniques to make walls and surfaces look unique and stylish. This job requires an individual with a great eye in detail, and knowledge of various painting materials and techniques, such as painting tools, color washes, metallic finishes. The main goal is to transform plain surfaces into beautiful features while keeping the work high quality and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply specialty plasters and textured finishes.
• Execute a variety of decorative painting techniques, including faux finishes, stenciling, striping, glazing, and color washing.
• Perform surface preparation, including patching, sanding, priming, and base coating, ensuring all surfaces are clean and ready for specialized treatment.
• Create physical samples for clients.
• Maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring that finishes are durable, and consistent.
• Maintain clear and professional communication regarding work progress, challenges, and timelines.
