Van Salesman

· Sell and deliver products to retail outlets or customers according to the daily route plan.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

· Promote new products and special deals to increase sales volume.

· Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

· Plan and manage daily sales routes efficiently.

· Load and unload products from the van.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock daily.

· Handle returns, damaged goods, and customer complaints professionally.

· Prepare daily sales and cash collection reports.

· Submit invoices, delivery notes, and other required paperwork accurately and on time.

· Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

· Helps and guides Junior Van Salesman on sales techniques, company policies, and route planning.

· Assists in optimizing sales operations and suggest improvements to management.
