TRAINING - SM FAIRVIEW - WITH STAFF HOUSE

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Restaurant Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome restaurant guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus to patrons and explain menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and communicate orders to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction with each course and replenish beverages as needed.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and courteously.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant policies regarding reservations, payment methods, and hours of operation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
