Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, under the general supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the requirements of signed sales contracts with related areas.

  • Be aware of event details related to the accounts of designated Sales Managers.
  • Assists Sales Managers in liaising with other departments for information, i.e. liaises with
    Banquet operations for floor plans and equipment, with Chef for special menus, etc.
  • Operates the account management system
  • Handles all incoming telephone and fax inquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales
    inquiries.
  • Responsible for sending out the Post-Event Critique form with Thank You Letter at the
    end of each event.
  • Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Events Managers.
  • Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved
    Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.
  • Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from
    time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field
  • At least 6 months clerical experience
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Knowledge in Ivvy and RMS
  • Good communication skills
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work onsite in Tagaytay
