Job Summary

The Store Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in daily store operations, and ensuring that the grocery is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. The role contributes to delivering a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting the efficient flow of store activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers by providing product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a friendly shopping experience.

* Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.

* Stock shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and freshness.

* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including shelves, displays, and storage areas.

* Assist in unloading, receiving, and organizing deliveries.

* Check product quality, expiration dates, and follow proper handling procedures.

* Support promotional activities, product displays, and store marketing initiatives.

* Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

* Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor.

Qualifications

* At least High School graduate; college level or vocational course is an advantage.

* With or without related work experience; experience in retail or grocery operations is preferred.

* Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

* Physically fit to handle tasks such as lifting, stocking, and standing for long hours.

* Honest, reliable, and able to work in a team.

* Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Expected hours: 72 per week
