We are hiring for multiple remote construction support roles, including HVAC Takeoff Specialist, Plumbing Takeoff Specialist, Drafter, and Estimator. Join a fast-growing team providing accurate takeoffs, drafting, and estimating for commercial and residential projects.

Job 1: HVAC Takeoff Specialist – up to $8/hr

  • Review HVAC plans, mechanical drawings, and specifications
  • Perform detailed HVAC quantity takeoffs (ductwork, piping, vents, diffusers, insulation, etc.)
  • Use digital takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Trimble, etc.)
  • Assist with vendor quotes and bid preparation

    Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in HVAC estimating/drafting
  • Strong blueprint reading skills
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Job 2: Plumbing Takeoff Specialist – up to $8/hr

  • Review plumbing drawings, riser diagrams, and specs
  • Perform full plumbing material takeoffs (pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures)
  • Prepare accurate quantity sheets using takeoff software
  • Support estimators with bid summaries

    Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in plumbing estimating/drafting
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Civil Engineering preferred

Job 3: Drafter – up to $8/hr

  • Create 2D/3D construction drawings, site layouts, and technical plans
  • Revise drawings based on client/engineer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements

    Qualifications:
  • 3+ years AutoCAD drafting experience (Revit/Civil3D a plus)
  • Knowledge of civil/architectural drafting standards
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Job 4: Estimator – up to $8/hr

  • Prepare estimates using Xactimate (experience required)
  • Analyze construction plans, quantities, and materials
  • Support bid preparation and cost analysis

    Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Xactimate
  • Experience in commercial/residential estimating

Bonus Skills for All Roles:

  • Experience in MEP trades
  • Familiarity with estimating databases and assemblies
  • Understanding of labor and material pricing
